Delete your R.A.M account

You can permanently delete your Firebase Authentication account from inside R.A.M or request deletion without opening or reinstalling the app.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open R.A.M on Android.
Open Settings or the Firebase account panel.
Select Delete account. This is separate from Sign out.
Read the warning, confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent, and select Delete account.
If asked, sign in with the same Google account linked to the displayed Firebase UID. R.A.M verifies that the fresh sign-in belongs to the same Firebase user before it continues.

After Firebase confirms deletion, the app shows a success message and does not automatically create a replacement guest account.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

Email R.A.M Works at the address below. You do not need to open or reinstall R.A.M.

Email an account-deletion request

In your message:

Google-linked account: provide the Google email address you used with R.A.M.
Anonymous guest account: provide the Firebase UID if you recorded or can still access it. The UID is shown in the Firebase account panel.
State clearly that you want the R.A.M account deleted.

Do not send your Google password, Firebase authentication token, Play Integrity token, or other secret credentials. We will verify ownership where reasonably possible before deleting an account. For an anonymous account, a UID by itself may not always be enough to prove ownership; we may ask for additional non-secret information or explain if the request cannot be safely verified.

What deletion removes

the Firebase Authentication account and Firebase UID;
Google profile fields associated with that Firebase account, if it was Google-linked; and
the Cloud Firestore save containing vehicle research progress and targets, Credits, researched and purchased vehicles, lineups, and active slots; and
when deletion is completed in the app, local ammunition selections and saved loadouts on that installation.

What may remain

Device preferences such as graphics, audio, interface, controls, and locally remembered ammunition choices may remain after account deletion. An email request cannot remotely erase local data or Android backups on a device; you can clear the app's storage in Android settings and manage backups through Android or your Google account.

Google and Firebase may retain limited security, request-log, or backup copies for their documented operational and legal periods. Deletion is not represented as instantaneous across all provider backups. Deleting R.A.M data does not delete your Google account.

Processing the request

After reasonable verification, R.A.M Works will process the deletion without unreasonable delay and within any deadline required by applicable law. We may retain a minimal record of the request if necessary to demonstrate compliance, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
