Rules for playing R.A.M

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Matan Oknin, trading as R.A.M Works, Israel ("R.A.M Works", "we"), for the R.A.M game, its online services, and these pages (together, "R.A.M"). By installing, opening, or playing R.A.M you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use R.A.M.

In short. Play fair, don't cheat or automate, don't copy, modify, crack, or redistribute the game, and remember that Gems, Credits, research and vehicles are part of the game, not money. Breaking these rules can cost you rewards or your account. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.

1. Who can play

R.A.M is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you and supervise purchases. You are responsible for activity on your account, including on a guest account on your device.

2. Your license to play

R.A.M, including its code, vehicle models, artwork, audio, text, data, and the R.A.M name, is owned by Matan Oknin and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play an official copy of R.A.M, obtained from Google Play, Apple's App Store, or another channel we authorize, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms. If you got R.A.M from the App Store, section 9 also applies.

3. What you must not do

Except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction, you must not, and must not help or encourage anyone else to:

copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or create derivative works from R.A.M or any part of it;
modify, patch, repackage, "crack", or re-sign R.A.M, or remove or bypass its security, integrity, licensing, or account checks;
distribute, publish, upload, mirror, sell, rent, or share R.A.M, a modified version of it, or its code or assets, including in public or private code repositories, file-sharing services, or alternative app stores;
use cheats, bots, scripts, macros, emulated or forged requests, or any other automation or unauthorized software to play, earn rewards, or interact with our servers;
exploit bugs or errors to gain rewards, items, or advantages instead of reporting them to us;
access or attempt to access our servers, databases, or other players' accounts other than through the official game, or interfere with or overload the service;
buy, sell, trade, or transfer accounts, Gems, Credits, or other virtual items outside R.A.M; or
use R.A.M in any unlawful way.

4. Virtual items and purchases

Gems, Credits, research points, vehicles, entitlements such as Remove Ads and Premium, and other virtual items are a limited license to use features of the game. They are not property, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not refundable except as required by law or by the store you purchased from. Rewards and prices are decided by our servers, and we may adjust, limit, or rebalance the game economy, including daily reward limits.

Purchases are processed by the store you got R.A.M from: Google Play on Android, or Apple's App Store on iPhone, each under its own terms. Refund requests are handled by that store under its refund policies; App Store refunds are requested from Apple. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, we may remove the related items or record a balance that is repaid from later earnings.

Prices in Gems are also shown with an approximate real-money equivalent in your store currency, worked out from the price of the 3,000-Gem pack. It is a guide; what you pay is always the price your store shows at checkout. The 30-day Premium pass is a one-time purchase that never renews or charges you again. Time-limited offers show when they end and can each be bought once per account. Players who bought the original permanent Premium ("Founders") keep the benefits it was sold with.

5. Fair play and enforcement

We use automated systems to verify the integrity of the app and of match results and to detect abuse. If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may, depending on the seriousness of the breach and where the law allows: withhold or remove rewards, items, or progress obtained improperly; restrict features; suspend your account; or terminate it. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why, and you can contact us if you believe we made a mistake.

6. Your account

You can play as a guest or link a Google account, or on iPhone an Apple Account through Sign in with Apple. A guest account can be lost if you sign out, clear app data, or reinstall without linking it. You can delete your account at any time as described on the Account Deletion page. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and availability

R.A.M is an evolving game. We may update, change, or remove features, content, vehicles, and balance, and we may suspend or end the online service, with reasonable notice where practical. If we change these Terms in a material way, we will update the date above and tell you in the game or on this page; continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

R.A.M is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items except as required by law. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to R.A.M is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Apple App Store

If you got R.A.M from Apple's App Store, these additional terms apply, and they prevail over anything else in these Terms that conflicts with them:

Parties. These Terms are between you and R.A.M Works only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). R.A.M Works, not Apple, is solely responsible for R.A.M and its content.
Scope of license. Your license is limited to using R.A.M on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that R.A.M may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where those features apply.
Maintenance and support. R.A.M Works is solely responsible for any maintenance and support of R.A.M. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for it.
Warranty. R.A.M Works is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If R.A.M fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price you paid for the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to R.A.M, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of R.A.M Works.
Product claims. R.A.M Works, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to R.A.M or your possession and use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that R.A.M fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
Intellectual property. If a third party claims that R.A.M or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, R.A.M Works, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using R.A.M, such as your mobile-data or internet service agreement.
Contact. Questions, complaints, or claims about R.A.M should be sent to R.A.M Works using the contact details in section 12.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe something in R.A.M infringes your rights, or you find an unauthorized copy of R.A.M or its content, please write to okninmatan@gmail.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live where the law allows.
